Where policies, servicesand communities meet.
Health outcomes come from how policies, services and communities interact. My work is about strengthening those connections.
Featured project
Youth-Friendly North Shore
Youth Services Evaluation Instrument and Guide
Part of Youth-Friendly North Shore, a federally funded three-year initiative strengthening upstream systems of care for youth. Co-developed with the community and piloted locally.
- 150+ professionals in a Community of Practice I facilitated
- 30+ stakeholders managed, from federal, provincial and regional leadership to frontline workers and education and health professionals
- 20+ organizations using a communications audit tool
- 100+ mothers supported with nutrition care in India
